Everything about this is exactly what you except, it's got everything that the Desktop version has in a sleek and compact design that flows well, and with a decent amount of cumstizing you can really make this keyboard your own. But, I have a massive problem with it. Seemingly at random, the keyboard decides it's done! I can't type, I can't check the Grammar errors, and worst of all I can't even back out of the keyboard, and exciting all apps doesn't work when it's frozen.

As a student, I've used grammarly many times to double check essays. However, instead of just grammar checks, it completely changes whatever I write. On top of that, almost ten years after the original, grammarly is the new version of U2's "Songs of Innocence" album being automatically put on everyone's iPhone. This time, however, it is Samsung with grammarly. Grammarly was automatically installed to Samsung devices and is a pain to remove. I don't need to send grammatically correct texts.

I've been through so many keyboards and this is the best. I tend to make a lot of mistakes. I don't care for swiping too much, but it's not to have sometimes. Most apps correct my errors wrong. I like how this gives a little box to correct after the fact, and it can be swiped away if that's not what you meant. Sometimes it's annoying to type non-words like acronyms, but otherwise I type much faster with this than any of the competitors

The application is good and spell check, grammar, and sentence structure can't be beat but the keyboard is not great. This is especially true when switching from Gboard which I have used for years. Forcing the use of the keyboard to get the spelling and other features is not great. I have a premium subscription for my desktop and won't renew because of this "feature". Microsoft is famous for their "forced use policy" which turns people off. I can't lower this 3 star because other feature great

I love Grammarly in general, and was excited to find out that a mobile app existed. It works amazing, and I never find myself frustrated at idiotic corrections. The customizations are great, and has only one thing wrong; cursor control on holding and dragging the space bar. I use it all the time, and it's gotten to the point where I no longer use the Grammarly keyboard over the default. If something like that were added, I would definitely give 5 stars and use the app again.

grammerly is amazing it has drastically improved my typing. If there would be a downside to this app, if you would call it that it would have to be that every once in awhile it will freeze and not let me type anything. I would have to close my keyboard and reopen it. If there was something I would add it would have to be the ability to use the swype feature for faster responses and typing. Unless thats already a feature and I can't find it right now. keep up the great work.

I LOVE Grammarly but there are two glitches to be addressed. Using your keyboard is out of the question. It is unattractive and cannot be changed as other keyboard apps offer themes, colors, font sizes and highlighted letters and numbers, etc. There are times when one wants to ignore a Grammarly suggestion but it is very difficult to do. The changes stay on the screen and cannot be removed. Fighting with an app when rushing to write something is annoying.

So far so good! It's excellent to make up for apps that don't allow you to edit, like Twitter. I just cannot believe it doesn't support Spanish language, so I only give 4 stars. The other thing to fix is to not keep the rest of a word past the cursor mark if you change it for the suggested word. It happens if the cursor is in the middle of a word, and it is VERY annoying, you expect to fix the error by selcting the option, mostly if it does it automatically! Please fix such nonsense.

Overall, I enjoy using this app. It suggests new or better words to use. But one thing I noticed (hence the 4 star rating). Is that it literally creates problems. Sometimes I'll be editing something I wrote. And it will space the letter out from the rest. Or add the correction to the word. Rather than delete the word & replace it with that said correction. Other than that (and maybe some mistakes in regards to grammar or punctuation for the context). It's a really nice app.

Frustrating app. I'm typing instead of swiping much of this review because the swipe feature is so imprecise I have to repeat attempts to get a word out. The settings are set up for auto spacing, but it often requires manual input. I'm a subscriber to the normal product and think it's great. But the keyboard needs help. Normally, I'd just install something different and not bother with a review. But it looks like your team is pretty responsive to reviews and working on improving this.

It would not allow me to get past the keyboard setup unless I chose the “Grammerly” keyboard (I suppose I didn’t choose) and when I did choose it to see if that would allow me to move on to the next screen, a message popped up saying “Grammerly may be able to collect all the text you type, including personal data such as passwords and credit card numbers.” That’s not a comforting feeling, so after hearing multiple ads for Grammerly, but never really needed the app until today... Uninstalled...

Many moons ago in 9th grade, I did terrible with grammar. I had issues with comma placement and word usage. I notice as the app makes suggestions or corrections, the body in the message flows better and the objective is easier to understand. I also like the feature that rates the tone of what has been written. The thesaurus has been a tremendous help as well.

For the sake of brevity, I will put a few notable issues in a numbered list (in no particular order). 1. No navigational arrow keys. 2. Poor predictive text. 3. Punctuation problems (especially with parentheses and quotation marks, among others). I ultimately decided that it is not worth the hassle to get the benefit of the better spelling and grammar checking, rather than just monitoring my own and getting a more refined keyboard experience. I have gone back to Microsoft SwiftKey.

In theory the app is THE BEST concept but it is JUST a concept. The app does not have a Swype or glide text feature. There are no customization features similar to that of Google's gboard. The Grammarly feature that tells you the word is misspelled takes entirely too long to populate. It also auto corrected a word "y'all" and replaced it with an unrelated word that did not grammatically go with the sentence. I don't do much typing on my phone outside of texting. Maybe for someone using apps like Word or other apps similar in nature, could find this app more useful but for texting, it did not work for me at all. I downloaded it, used it, then immediately uninstalled. The missing option that led me to uninstall rather than keep it installed on my phone as an app I watch the progression of was the inability to long press emojis and change the complexion. I waited more than a decade for that feature can't give it up, even as I still wait for them to know brown people have families too. I digress, I was not a fan of the keyboard AT ALL, I use Grammarly on my laptop and I love it! I wish they had more of an all encompassing app that worked like that rather than a keyboard.

It has some useful features which I appreciate, such as synonyms and spell check. But, sometimes it does ridiculous things, I'll give an example: Ex: There was so much rubble and debris scattered on the ground. It changed was to were, then were to was, and it's a continuous cycle. I understand it's just a computer system, but honestly it's quite annoying to deal with. And it does this with HUNDREDS of other things.

Grammarly was great until the November 7th update, where typing on my phone has become so troublesome that I'm seriously considering reverting back to my plain keyboard. For example, when I type something at the end of the sentence, it go back to the start of the sentence? Or when I delete something, it deletes something else. Plus, where the coma is usually found, as well as the slash, is switched!

I would've liked to give more stars but due to a few technical issues, I can't. I've been using this app for quite awhile and it's a great tool, especially if you're dyslexic such as myself. However, the keyboard freezes, makes spaces and deletions on its own, and sometimes jumbling the previously written word, which is very annoying when you're trying to get work done. Fix those bugs and Grammarly Keyboard is a 5 star app!!

This app was very helpful to me when I first got it. Everything ran smooth and I had heard a lot of good things about it, hence the reason I got it. But after the newest update, the keyboard hasn't been showing up when I click on text boxes to type and it duplicates words when I click on the boxes to correct my grammar mistakes. I like how it originally was, and if you could fix these few issues that would be great!
